The Manila Chapter

Manila Chapter was the first chapter to have been formed in the Philippines with the help of the director of the Girls Scout Program, Daday Fullon. The chapter was first recognized in the year 1962 when the Manila Chapter formed its first delegation and was sent to a Village hosted by Japan. As the first chapter of the Philippines, Manila chapter has had opportunities to host many International programmes like Village and Step Up Camps. Its Junior Branch is very much active in organizing local initiatives like activities that celebrate Peace Day and Minicamps annually, which are usually held in the summer or during sembreak.
